N262VA - Vans RV12
Get your "RV Grin" on by flying our new RV12-SLSA. This little guy is an excellent performer. N262VA features a full glass cockpit, autopilot and excellent useful load. Very responsive and a joy to fly.
The Van's RV-12 checkout typically requires 3 hours in the aircraft with an instructor. You will get familiar with the Dynon Electronic Flight Display features You will learn how the RV-12 handles in basic maneuvers, emergency procedures, and landings. You can expect to do an hour and a half of ground with an instructor to go over the flight training supplement. The checkout guidelines and checkout test will need to be fully completed and signed by you and your instructor before you can rent the RV-12 without an instructor.
